The Minor Home Repair Program is designed to repair or eliminate conditions that present critical health and safety hazards, and to provide assistance for disabled persons in making their homes more accessible.

Some of the items that can be covered include:

Security Doors
Grab Bars
Repair Leaking Plumbing
Broken Windows
Faulty Outlets
Roof Repairs
Wheel Chair Ramps

A homeowner may qualify for up to a $2,500 grant and/or a loan for up to $7,500. Loans may be deferred for up to 55 years, with 3% interest accruing for the first 15 years of the loan.

Maximum possible financial aid is $10,000

Eligible structures include: Single family dwellings & Manufactured homes
