Is a 1 and 2 bedrooms Senior Housing complex that is a gated community with an onsite Resident Manager.  Applicants must be an elderly, disabled or handicapped person or family.  An elderly person is a person that is 62 years of age or older.  An elderly family is a family whose head or spouse (or sole member) is an elderly, disabled, or handicapped person.  It may include 2 or more elderly, disabled, or handicapped persons living together or 1 or more of these persons living with one or more live-in aides.

 The on-site Resident Manager is available at the office on site between the hours of 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM and his phone number is (209) 523-7841.

 The rent is $498.00 for a 1 bedroom unit and $588 for a 2 bedroom unit.  Section 8 Vouchers are accepted.

 To qualify for a preference for a 2 bedroom unit you must:  be a married elderly couple that requires a live-in attendant for 24 hour care or; be 2 single elderly, disabled or handicapped persons living together who are not a couple and require 1 bedroom each or; be a single elderly, handicapped or disabled person who requires a live-in attendant for 24 hour care or; be a married couple that contains at least 1 member of the 2-person household that is handicapped or disabled and that requires a live-in attendant or; be a single elderly person or a married elderly couple with a handicapped or disabled family member.

 Applications are available at the on-site office or an application can be mailed to you by calling (209) 557-2047 and leaving your full name, mailing address (including city, state and zip code), the name of the complex or complexes you wish to apply for and a return phone number.

Application will be accepted by mail only. An envelope is provided with the application.

 Waiting List:            Your application will be placed on the waiting list in order of preference, date and time your application was received by mail.  Your application will remain on the wait list and be processed in accordance with our vacancy rate.  Processing of applications will continue until all of the apartments have been filled and a sufficient number of eligible applicants is on the “eligible waiting list”.
